The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 26 to the week of Sep. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $495K, single-family residence at 240 Sherwood Drive
The 2,164 square-foot single-family home at 240 Sherwood Drive in Murrells Inlet has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $495,000, $229 per square foot. The house was built in 2017. Carol Kusterbeck and Walter Kusterbeck acquired the house from Michael H. Garcia. The deal was finalized on Aug. 5.
9. $525K, single-family house at 112 Rainbow Drive
The property at 112 Rainbow Drive in Murrells Inlet has new owners. The price was $525,000. The house was built in 1978 and has a living area of 700 square feet. The price per square foot is $750. Sarah D. Wells sold the house to NUM 114 Rainbow Drive LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 2.
8. $527K, single-family house at 356 Simplicity Drive
The sale of the single-family house at 356 Simplicity Drive in Murrells Inlet has been finalized. The price was $527,000, and the new owners took over the house in July. The house was built in 2010 and has a living area of 2,876 square feet. The price per square foot was $183. Dale Skoff and Hilary Bunch acquired the house from Matthew R. Nowlin. The deal was finalized on July 26.
