The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 9 to the week of Sep. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The property at 9650 Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach has new owners. The price was $859,900. The condominium was built in 1975 and has a living area of 1,511 square feet. The price per square foot is $569. Rebecca Roberts bought the condominium from Kenneth Lloyd. The deal was finalized on Aug. 20.
