The 1,260 square-foot condominium on, Myrtle Beach, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $387,500, $308 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1984. Wesley Anderson sold the condominium to Gregory Farrell and Cynthia Farrell. The deal was finalized on Aug. 15.
