The property at 138 Woodpecker Lane in Pawleys Island has new owners. The price was $290,000. The house was built in 2014 and has a living area of 960 square feet. The price per square foot is $302. Matthew Nichols and Mary Nichols acquired the house from Matthew F. Nichols and Donald B. Nichols. The deal was finalized on Oct. 16.
