In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $201,667, or $183 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 28 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The 836 square-foot condominium at 1880 Auburn Lane, Myrtle Beach, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $136,500, $163 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1988. Leslie Malley acquired the condominium from Travis Lee Brock. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.

The price was $150,000, and the new owners: Mary Neddy and Joseph Neddy, took over the condominium in October from Ray Elson Stebbins.
