In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $373,500, or $241 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 28 to the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
6. $172K, condominium at 120 Dogwood Drive
The sale of the condominium at 120 Dogwood Drive, Murrells Inlet, has been finalized. The price was $172,000, and the condominium changed hands in October. Nigel Nordeen and Sarah Nordeen took over the condominium from Lois Deyoung. The condominium was built in 1984 and has a living area of 462 square feet. The price per square foot was $372. The deal was finalized on Oct. 3.
5. $262K, condominium at 324 Wembly Way
The 1,618 square-foot condominium at 324 Wembly Way, Murrells Inlet, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $261,500, $162 per square foot. The condominium was built in 2003. Paul Razza and Barbara Razza took over the condominium from Brito Antonio TR. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.
4. $350K, single-family house at 305 Mourning Dove Lane
The 1,370 square-foot detached house at 305 Mourning Dove Lane in Murrells Inlet has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $349,500, $255 per square foot. The house was built in 1986. Louis P. Butler sold the house to Robert Wolford and Machale Wolford. The deal was finalized on Oct. 3.
3. $385K, condominium at 117 Parmelee Drive
The property at 117 Parmelee Drive in Murrells Inlet has new owners. The price was $385,000. The condominium was built in 2011 and has a living area of 1,806 square feet. The price per square foot is $213. Bradley Simonis and Darby Simonis bought the condominium from Kimberly Wershonaski. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.
2. $515K, single-family home at 44 Bear Creek Loop
A sale has been finalized for the single-family home at 44 Bear Creek Loop in Murrells Inlet. The price was $515,000 and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 2006 and the living area totals 1,917 square feet. Jonathan Cundiff and Megan Cundiff took over the house from Millard Bruce Hipsley and Shelly Laine Hipsley. The price per square foot ended up at $269. The deal was finalized on Oct. 23.

Towles. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.
