Amber Baker acquired the condominium from Todd G Parker and Carrie F Parker. The deal was finalized on Dec. 15.

Bogan D Gee and Sally B Gee sold the house to Emory Bowen and Andrew Bowen. The deal was finalized on Dec. 12.
