The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
8. $152K, single-family home at 1607 McDermott Street
The property at 1607 McDermott Street in Conway has new owners. The price was $151,500. The house was built in 1960 and has a living area of 2,552 square feet. The price per square foot is $59. Wayne Gore and Julie Gore bought the house from Jeremy Chaise Strickland. The deal was finalized on Dec. 21.
