In total, 20 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $400,870. The average price per square foot was $225.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of January 29 to the week of Feb. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $325K, condominium at 1101 Louise Costin Lane
The sale of the condominium at 1101 Louise Costin Lane in Murrells Inlet has been finalized. The price was $325,000, and the new owners took over the condominium in January. The condominium was built in 2007 and has a living area of 1,631 square feet. The price per square foot was $199. Edward Beck and Constance Beck took over the condominium from Richard L Ladouceur. The deal was finalized on Jan. 2.
9. $367K, single-family house at 46 Fish Shack Alley
A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 46 Fish Shack Alley in Murrells Inlet. The price was $367,000 and the new owners took over the house in January. The house was built in 2013 and the living area totals 1,189 square feet. Mary Knabe took over the house from Ashley B Alley and Nicholas Wofford. The price per square foot ended up at $309. The deal was finalized on Jan. 23.

The 2,110 square-foot single-family home at 1594 Hazeltine Court in Murrells Inlet has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in January and the total purchase price was $385,000, $182 per square foot. The house was built in 1997. Sean M Nolan sold the house to Leon Wood and Donna Wood. The deal was finalized on Jan. 4.

The sale of the condominium at 1310 North Waccamaw Drive, Murrells Inlet, has been finalized. The price was $415,000, and the new owners: Paul Mazurek and Colleen Mazurek, took over the condominium in January from Robert E Moore. The condominium was built in 1981 and has a living area of 1,152 square feet. The price per square foot was $360. The deal was finalized on Jan. 5.

The 1,594 square-foot townhouse at 60 Shady Oak Lane, Murrells Inlet, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in January and the total purchase price was $420,000, $263 per square foot. The house was built in 2016. James Begola and Jeffrey J Begola sold the house to Michael Murphy. The deal was finalized on Jan. 26.

The property at 432 Arlington Circle in Murrells Inlet has new owners. The price was $495,000. The house was built in 2015 and has a living area of 2,018 square feet. The price per square foot is $245. Robert Stolarz and Kathleen Sidorow took over the house from O Wolfe 2012 Revocable Trust Rhett. The deal was finalized on Jan. 11.
