The advisory was for Dillon, Florence, Marion, Williamsburg, Horry and Georgetown counties.
“Winds will continue to decrease this afternoon. Gusts up to 30 mph are still possible, primarily along the coast during the early afternoon,” according to the National Weather Service.
The advisory is in effect until noon.
