The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of January 15 to the week of Feb. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The property at 1024 Pecan Grove Blvd. in Conway has new owners. The price was $274,900. The house was built in 2011 and has a living area of 1,748 square feet. The price per square foot is $157. Terry Lane and Beth Lane bought the house from George H Goldfinch. The deal was finalized on Jan. 5.
