The sale of the single-family house at 277 Outboard Drive, Murrells Inlet, has been finalized. The price was $490,000, and the house changed hands in January. James Trickett bought the house from Gloria J Devine. The house was built in 2017 and has a living area of 2,169 square feet. The price per square foot was $226. The deal was finalized on Jan. 23.
