The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of March 4 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for the detached house at 833 Starboard Court in Murrells Inlet. The price was $357,500 and the new owners took over the house in February. The house was built in 1985 and the living area totals 1,152 square feet. Gay Wilborn Hedrick sold the house to Sandra Harken. The price per square foot ended up at $310. The deal was finalized on Feb. 16.

The 968 square-foot condominium on in Murrells Inlet has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in February and the total purchase price was $358,000, $370 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1981. Howard Sherman sold the condominium to Joseph Fennelly and Lynnette Fennelly. The deal was finalized on Feb. 16.
