A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 183 Edward Ave. in Murrells Inlet. The price was $524,900 and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 1997 and the living area totals 1,975 square feet. Angela J. Holliday and Benjamin E. Holliday sold the house to Clark Cox. The price per square foot ended up at $266. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.
