The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 4 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The 1,060 square-foot condominium at 806 Conway Street, North Myrtle Beach, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $270,000, $255 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1987.
