In total, 39 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past three weeks, with an average price of $251,327, or $158 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 28 to the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for the single-family house at 601 Chiswick Drive in Conway. The price was $300,000 and the new owners took over the house in October. The living area totals 1,627 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $184. Joslyn Yanero and Roger Yanero took over the house from Linda Hofmann. The deal was finalized on Oct. 9.
