The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 9 to the week of Sep. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $555K, single-family house at 101 Splendor Circle
A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 101 Splendor Circle in Murrells Inlet. The price was $554,500 and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 2019 and the living area totals 2,746 square feet. David John Bobbitt sold the house to Nicky Harrell and Lorilee Harrell. The price per square foot ended up at $202. The deal was finalized on Aug. 29.

The 2,252 square-foot single-family house at 234 Grove Park Loop, Murrells Inlet, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in September and the total purchase price was $565,000, $251 per square foot. The house was built in 2021. Scott Berger and Diane Miles bought the house from Thomas R. Lighthall and Cheryl A. Lighthall. The deal was finalized on Sep. 10.
8. $585K, single-family house at 117 Winding River Drive
The sale of the single-family residence at 117 Winding River Drive in Murrells Inlet has been finalized. The price was $585,000, and the new owners took over the house in September. The house was built in 2005 and has a living area of 2,710 square feet. The price per square foot was $216. Donnie Broom and Nelda Broom bought the house from Paul C. Johnson and Myrna J. Johnson. The deal was finalized on Sep. 11.
