The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 7 to the week of Oct. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $382K, single-family house at 633 Crystal Lane
The property at 633 Crystal Lane in Murrells Inlet has new owners. The price was $382,000. The house was built in 1996 and has a living area of 1,120 square feet. The price per square foot is $341. Arden C. Armstrong sold the house to William Kirkpatrick and Nuntiya Kirkpatrick. The deal was finalized on Oct. 1.
9. $423K, manufactured home at 1091 Lulu Loop
The property at 1091 Lulu Loop in Murrells Inlet has new owners. The price was $422,500. The house was built in 1994 and has a living area of 1,056 square feet. The price per square foot is $400. Brandon Pettitt and Megan Bailey bought the house from Everette B. Brown. The deal was finalized on Sep. 30.
