The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Feb. 26 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $410K, single-family home at 906 Dock Place
The 1,440 square-foot detached house at 906 Dock Place, Murrells Inlet, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in February and the total purchase price was $410,000, $285 per square foot. The house was built in 1995. Kye Holtry and Stephen Holtry bought the house from Jackilyn M Stavrakis. The deal was finalized on Feb. 6.
9. $445K, single-family residence at 445 Waties Drive
The property at 445 Waties Drive in Murrells Inlet has new owners. The price was $445,000. The house was built in 2016 and has a living area of 1,942 square feet. The price per square foot is $229. Eryne Katheryne Harper sold the house to Charles Smith and Devin Barnes. The deal was finalized on Feb. 9.
