The property at 303 Rice Circle in North Myrtle Beach has new owners. The price was $665,000. The house was built in 1982 and has a living area of 1,080 square feet. The price per square foot is $616. Investment Group Llc Ma sold the house to Daniel Frye. The deal was finalized on Jan. 23.
