In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $722,250. The average price per square foot ended up at $291.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 28 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
6. $320K, single-family house at 11695 Ocean Highway
The property at 11695 Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island has new owners. The price was $320,000. The house was built in 1986 and has a living area of 2,602 square feet. The price per square foot is $123. Alan Husain acquired the house from Michael Strange. The deal was finalized on Oct. 22.
5. $400K, single-family home at 58 Dunning Road
The property at 58 Dunning Road in Pawleys Island has new owners. The price was $400,000. The house was built in 2017 and has a living area of 1,471 square feet. The price per square foot is $272. RCP South LLC sold the house to Paul Christian and Maria Christian. The deal was finalized on Oct. 22.

King sold the house to Stewart Hines and Christina Hines. The deal was finalized on Oct. 22.
