In total, 40 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $347,668. The average price per square foot was $229.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $400K, condominium at 1000 North Waccamaw Drive
A sale has been finalized for the condominium at 1000 North Waccamaw Drive in Murrells Inlet. The price was $400,000 and the new owners took over the condominium in October. The condo was built in 1984 and the living area totals 822 square feet. Robert Weinstein took over the condominium from Janet Leising. The price per square foot ended up at $487. The deal was finalized on Oct. 25.

The sale of the condominium at 831 Sail Lane in Murrells Inlet has been finalized. The price was $410,000, and the new owners took over the condominium in November. The condominium was built in 2015 and has a living area of 1,860 square feet. The price per square foot was $220. Robert Adams sold the condominium to Martin Harry J Jr Tr and Martin Mary E Tr. The deal was finalized on Nov. 1.

The sale of the single-family house at 105 Laurel Hill Place, Murrells Inlet, has been finalized. The price was $420,000, and the house changed hands in October. The deal was finalized on Oct. 16.
