In total, 185 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $330,447. The average price per square foot ended up at $241.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $700K, single-family house at 3840 Waterford Drive
A sale has been finalized for the detached house at 3840 Waterford Drive in Myrtle Beach. The price was $699,900 and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 1996 and the living area totals 3,158 square feet. Hammersley Holdings Llc Myr sold the house to Jack Cohen and Bari Cohen. The price per square foot ended up at $222. The deal was finalized on Oct. 26.
