In total, 32 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $365,431, $254 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of December 4 to the week of Dec. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $425K, single-family house at 2105 North Berwick Drive
A sale has been finalized for the single-family house at 2105 North Berwick Drive in Myrtle Beach. The price was $425,000 and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 1998 and the living area totals 2,202 square feet. Kimberly Tebelman Walls sold the house to Naf Cash Llc. The price per square foot ended up at $193. The deal was finalized on Oct. 26.

The 1,914 square-foot detached house at 1646 Bay Tree Lane, Myrtle Beach, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $428,000, $224 per square foot. The house was built in 1977. Daniel M Crytzer sold the house to Michael Bagley. The deal was finalized on Oct. 24.

The 1,704 square-foot detached house at 1507 Legacy Court in Myrtle Beach has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $429,900, $252 per square foot. The house was built in 1997. William Jaworski and Ashley Jaworski acquired the house from Dianne S Tr Kennedy. The deal was finalized on Oct. 20.
