In total, 10 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $426,890. The average price per square foot was $291.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of January 8 to the week of Jan. 21 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
7. $205K, condominium at 123 Dogwood Drive
The 666 square-foot condominium at 123 Dogwood Drive in Murrells Inlet has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $205,000, $308 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1984. Eileen Connors and Edward Connors bought the condominium from Robert F Richardson. The deal was finalized on Dec. 21.
6. $235K, manufactured home at 919 Trout Court
A sale has been finalized for the manufactured home at 919 Trout Court in Murrells Inlet. The price was $235,000 and the new owners took over the house in January. The house was built in 1985 and the living area totals 1,431 square feet. Jeannette Saville bought the house from Jeannette Saville Revocable Tr Forrest. The price per square foot ended up at $164. The deal was finalized on Jan. 8.

The sale of the condominium at 611 Indigo Bunting Lane, Murrells Inlet, has been finalized. The price was $290,000, and the new owner: Rita Marx, took over the condominium in December from Rita F Marx. The condominium was built in 2006 and has a living area of 1,384 square feet. The price per square foot was $210. The deal was finalized on Dec. 28.

The sale of the townhouse at 185 Sea Shell Drive in Murrells Inlet has been finalized. The price was $351,000, and the new owners took over the house in January. The house was built in 2021 and has a living area of 1,386 square feet. The price per square foot was $253. Cyndi C Brand and David A Grisamore sold the house to Cyndi Brand and David Grisamore. The deal was finalized on Jan. 12.

The 2,328 square-foot single-family house at 1138 North Blackmoor Drive, Murrells Inlet, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $410,000, $176 per square foot. The house was built in 1999. Brian Newman sold the house to Roy Newman and Barbara Newman. The deal was finalized on Dec. 28.
