In total, 16 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $543,025, or $321 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 7 to the week of Oct. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $384K, single-family residence at 631 Martin Luther King Road
The property at 631 Martin Luther King Road in Pawleys Island has new owners. The price was $384,000. The house was built in 2022 and has a living area of 1,522 square feet. The price per square foot is $252. Gerald Martin Nail sold the house to Daniel Clunan and Katelyn Clunan. The deal was finalized on Sep. 30.
9. $465K, single-family home at 26 Black Pearl Court
The sale of the single-family house at 26 Black Pearl Court, Pawleys Island, has been finalized.
