The property at 962 Hagley Drive in Pawleys Island has new owners. The price was $200,000. The house was built in 2003 and has a living area of 1,302 square feet. The price per square foot is $154. Patricia R. Mann and Jeffrey S. Mann sold the house to Bowen Capital Homes LLC. The deal was finalized on Sep. 17.
