The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 4 to the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $594,500, $238 per square foot. The house was built in 2003. Robert J. Trembicki sold the house to Robert Kosman and Christina Kosman. The deal was finalized on Oct. 18.
