In total, 25 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $660,440. The average price per square foot ended up at $321.

The sale of the detached house at 260 Turtle Creek Drive, Pawleys Island, has been finalized. The price was $530,000, and the new owners: Bryan Barbour and Denise Barbour, took over the house in October from Phillip B. Feazel and Gaye M. Feazel.
