The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The 1,537 square-foot detached house at 1662 Pennystone Trail, Myrtle Beach, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $405,000, $264 per square foot. The house was built in 1994. Lynda Hall acquired the house from James L. McPhail. The deal was finalized on Oct. 16.
